摘    要:本文通过平板机运动试验,对轻度缺铁性贫血(简称IDA)患儿和正常儿童的有氧能力状况进行配对比较,研究结果表明IDA患儿在极量运动负荷时表现出耐受时间明显缩短,最大通气量和最大氧耗量明显下降;耐受时间与血红蛋白水平呈显著正相关;次极量运动负荷时心率和氧耗占最大值的百分比值明显增大。贫血儿童经铁剂治疗后,不仅血红蛋白上升到正常水平,同时最大耐受时间显著增加,最大通气量和氧耗量有所提高。结果提示轻度IDA对心肺功能和有氧能力的功能性损伤是存在的,但经过铁剂治疗这种功能性损伤是可以改善的。

Abstract:A pair study on the effect of mild iron-deficiency anemia (IDA) on aerobic working capacity was conducted by exercise test with treadmill in 15 pair of preschool children with and without mild iron-deficiency anemia. The reuslts showed that there were significant decreases in tolerance, MVmax and Vo2max in IDA group during maximum exercise test as well as possitive significant relationship between tolerance and hemoglobin concentration( Hb) . During submaximal exercise, the ratios of heart rate(HR) to HRmax and Vo2 to Vo2max are much significant higher in IDA group than that in control group, respectively.The effect of treatment of iron on IDA could be found in IDA group,such as:normalHb level,significant prolonged tolerance,and relative increase of MVmax and Vo2-max .This suggests, there were mild and functional impairment of heart and lungs as wellas aerobic power in children with mild IDA, which could be improved by iron treatment .
