50%酒精预防乳腺癌术后皮瓣坏死56例分析

目的:探讨降低乳腺癌改良根治术后皮瓣坏死的有效方法。方法:对56例常规预防皮瓣坏死综合措施的基础上,加用50%酒精纱布湿敷创面的乳腺癌改良根治术患者,作为观察组;对336例常规预防皮瓣坏死综合措施的乳腺癌改良根治术患者作为对照组,观察两组患者皮瓣的皮瓣愈合情况。结果:观察组皮瓣坏死6例(坏死率10.7%);对照组皮瓣坏死78例(坏死率23.2%),两组比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:50%酒精纱布创面外敷,可明显降低乳腺癌改良根治术后皮瓣坏死的发生率。

The study on the prevention of 50% alcohol for skin flap necrosis after modified radical mastectomy of breast cancer

Objective：To explore the effective method to reduce skin flap necrosis after modified radical mastectomy of breast cancer. Methods：Fifty-six cases suffered from breast cancer, were treated with conventional integrated measures and 50% alcohol gauze for wet packing the wounds to prevent flap necrosis 336 patients after modified radical mastectomy of breast cancer, were treated with conventional integrated measures and the status of healing concerning the skin flap in the two groups were observed. Results：There were six cases of skin flap necrosis in the observation group （the necrosis rate was 10.7%）, 78 cases of skin flap necrosis in the control group （the necrosis rate was 23.2%）, and there was significant difference between them （χ2=4.46,P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： 50% alcohol wet gauze for wet packing the wounds is an effective method to reduce incidence of skin flap necrosis after modified radical mastectomy.
