地黄合剂对多发性硬化患者外周血及脑脊液中T淋巴细胞亚群的影响

摘    要:目的:观察地黄合剂对多发性硬化(MS)患外周血(PB)及脑脊液(CSF)中T淋巴细胞亚群的影响。方法:采用流式细胞仪检测45例MS患在采用地黄合剂治疗前后PB及CSF中T淋巴细胞亚群,并进行神经功能障碍(EDSS)评分以及复发次数的统计。30例神经内科诊治的功能性疾病患作为对照组。结果:MS患PB中CD8^ 细胞显低于对照组,CD4^ /CD8^ 比值明显升高;CSF中CD3^ 、CD4^ 细胞明显高于对照组及PB,CD8^ 细胞显低于对照组及PB,而CD4^ /CD8^ 比值明显高于对照组及PB。地黄合剂能升高PB及CSF中CD8^ 细胞,降低CSF中CD4^ 细胞以及CSF和PB中CD4^ /CD8^ 比值。在采用地黄合剂治疗后,EDSS评分降低。复发次数减少。结论:地黄合剂对MS患PB和中枢神经系统中异常的细胞免疫功能具有有效的调节作用。

Abstract:To observe the effect of Dihuangheji on T lymphocyte subpopulation in peripheral blood (PB) and cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) of patients with multiple sclerosis (MS). Methods: T lymphocyte subpopulations in PB and CSF of 45 cases with MS were detected by flow cytometry before and after treatment with Dihuangheji. Meanwhile expanded disability status scale (EDSS) and recurrence frequency were observed. 30 cases with functional neural diseases as control group. Results: In PB, compared with control group, the counts of CD 8 decreased, CD 4 /CD 8 ratio increased. In CSF, compared with control group and PB, CD 3 and CD 4 were significantly higher, while CD 8 lower and CD 4 /CD 8 ratio higher. Dihuangheji could increase CD 8 in PB and CSF, decrease CD 4 in CSF and CD 4 /CD 8 ratio in CSF and PB. After treatment with Dihuangheji, EDSS mark and recurrence frequency decreased. Conclusion: Dihuangheji could effectively regulate abnormal cellular immunity function in PB and central nervous system of patients with MS.
