膀胱淋巴管瘤1例报告并文献复习

目的：探讨膀胱淋巴管瘤的临床病理特点与诊治方法。方法：回顾分析1例膀胱淋巴管瘤临床资料，并复习有关文献。结果：经尿道电切和电灼增生及坏死组织灶，病变黏膜下注射平阳霉素，术后肉眼血尿消失，1周后排尿刺激症状明显改善，20天后消失。2个月后巩固治疗一次。随访一年无复发。结论：膀胱淋巴管瘤是一良性肿瘤，主要症状为肉眼血尿，有或无排尿刺激症状，尿中无白细胞，确诊依靠膀胱镜活检，手术和化疗效果理想，预后好。

Lymphangioma of the bladder: report of a case and review of the literature

Objective:To investigate the clinical and pathological features, diagnosis and treatment of the bladder lymphangioma.Methods:Report and retrospective analysis the one case of lymphangioma of the bladder in an adult and review the literature. Results:A 51-year-old woman presented with painless macroscopic hematuria and irritative voiding symptoms. Urine tests showed macroscopic hematuria and leukocyte negatively. Cystoscopy revealed much follicle on the trigone region and anterior wall of the bladder. Paraffin cuts revealed a lymphangioma of the bladder. Transurethral resection or fulgerization and Bleomycin A5 hydrochloride injection under pathological mucosa was performed and histology revealed a lymphangioma of the bladder. The macroscopic hematuria completely disappeared after surgery. The irritative symptoms improved one week and completely disappeared twenty days after surgery. At followup one year later the patient proved to be healthy and there were no recurrence. Conclusions:Lymphangioma of the bladder is a benign tumor presenting with painless macroscopic hematuria and/or irritative voiding symptoms. Urine tests showed leukocyte negatively. The definitive diagnosis depended on cystoscopy biopsy. The operation and chemotherapy were the first choice of treatment for the bladder Lymphangioma.
