| 摘 要： | 目的探讨长期护理干预对骨转移癌痛患者生活质量的价值。方法选取本院2010年10月至2011年11月诊治的骨转移癌痛患者27例,给予为期1年的长期护理干预,分析患者护理前后的疼痛情况、生活质量情况。结果护理后VAS疼痛评分明显小于护理前,护理后生理功能、生理职能、身体疼痛、总体健康、活力、社会功能、情感职能、精神健康、健康变化评分均明显高于护理前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论长期护理干预可显著缓解骨转移癌痛患者的疼痛,提高其生活质量,具有重要的临床价值。

Value of Long Term Nursing Intervention on Quality of Life in Patients with Bone Metastatic Cancer Pain |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the value of long term nursing intervention on quality of life in patients with bone metastatic cancer pain.Methods 27 patients with bone metastatic cancer pain were selected in hospital from October 2010 to November 2012,who were given long-term nursing intervention of 1 year.Pain,quality of life of patients were analysised before and after nursing.Results VAS pain score after nursing was significantly smaller than that before nursing.Scores in physiological feature,physiological function,physical pain,general health,vitality,social functioning,emotional functioning,mental health,health change after nursing were significantly higher than those before nursing.The differences were statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion Long term nursing intervention can obviously alleviate the pain of patients with bone metastatic cancer pain,which can also improve quality of life.That has important clinical value. |
