自我效能干预对支气管哮喘患者生存质量的影响

目的：探讨白我效能理论对成人支气管哮喘患者生存质量的影响。方法：将100例成人支气管哮喘住院患者根据人院先后顺序分为干预组和对照组各50例。对照组给予常规治疗护理，干预组在常规治疗护理的同时实施自我效能护理干预。使用自我效能感量表（CSES）及成人哮喘生存质量评分表（AQLQ）评价两组患者干预前及干预后的自我效能及生存质量。结果：干预后两组的自我效能比较、生存质量比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：对哮喘患者实施增强自我效能的护理干预，能有效提高哮喘患者的生存质量。

The influence of self-efficacy nursing intervention on the life quality of bronchial asthmatic patients

Objective： To investigate the influence of self-efficacy nursing intervention on the quality of life in adult bronchial asthmatic patients. Methods： 100 adult cases with asthma were divided into two groups（n=50 in each） by order of hospitalization. Results： The patients in control group were given routine nursing, while accompanying self-efficacy nursing in the intervention group. The self-efficacy and quality of life of patients before and after intervention were surveyed by general self-efficacy scale （GSES） and asthma quality of life questionnaire （AQLQ）. The difference of self-efficacy and quality of life of patients after intervention between two groups was significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The living quality of asthmatic patients can be improved effectively by self-efficacy nursing intervention.
