摘    要:
目的研究人参叶中人参二醇组皂苷降解转化为人参皂苷Rg3、Rh2的最佳工艺,以适应工业化生产的需要。方法用均匀设计法优化降解工艺条件,采用HPLC法测定人参皂苷Rg3、Rh2的含量。结果最佳降解工艺条件为体积分数60%的乙酸、55℃降解1 h。结论该工艺合理、可行,适用于工业化大生产。

Abstract:
Objective To study the optimum degradation process of panoxadiol saponins in Folium Ginseng (leaf of Panax ginseng C.A.Mey.) to ginsenoside Rg3, Rh2. Method The HPLC assay method was established to determine the contents of Rg3, Rh2. The degradation process was optimized by the uniform design. Results The optimum degradation process conditions were 60 % acetic acid(V:V), degradation temperature was 55 ℃, degradation time was 1 h. Conclusion The process is reasonable, feasible and applicable to large industrial production.
