多点扫描激光及其在治疗视网膜血管疾病中的应用

多点扫描激光是采用半自动模式的视网膜扫描光凝器,与传统单点激光相比,曝光时间短、能量密度低、定位更精准,踩一次脚踏开关可以连续发射多个激光脉冲,通过预设模式形成不同排列形状的激光光斑,如圆型、矩型、弧型和“黄斑型”等.在治疗糖尿病视网膜病变时,一次或两次治疗即可完成全视网膜光凝术,采用弧型或“黄斑型”预设模式一次脚踏开关即可完成黄斑区光凝.此外,还可用于治疗视网膜中央静脉阻塞和视网膜分支静脉阻塞、新生血管性青光眼及Coats病等视网膜血管疾病,其疗效与传统单点激光相似,且不良反应少,患者的舒适度好.
