地喹氯铵合成工艺的研究

摘    要:
考察了地喹氯铵的合成工艺。通过对4-羟基喹哪啶的合成条件进行分析比较,发现当投料比为1:1.2,反应时间为9min左右时,产率较高。在4-羟基喹哪氯化 ,加入适量的三乙胺作为缚酸剂 可提高产率。经过工艺合成的4-羟喹哪啶的收率以苯胺计算达58.8%(文献值为45%)。从而提高了克菌定的总收率。

Abstract:
The synthesis technique of dequalinium was explored. We found that the higher yield was obtained when the portion of materials was 1:1.2 and the reaction time was 9 min or so by the analysis and compare amony the different synthetic conditions of 4-hydroxyquinaldine. In the chlorination reaction of 4-hydroxyquinaldine, the yield could be also raised when the adequate triethylamine was added. The recovery had been reached 58.8 % (reference 45 %). Then, the total recovery of dequalinium chloride was raised.
