社区重性精神疾病患者康复与致残的影响因素

目的：探讨社区重性精神疾病患者康复与致残的影响因素。方法：对本社区重性精神疾病患者300例进行调查，统计精神致残的发病情况，同时纳入分析相关因素。结果：300例精神分裂症患者中，存在不同程度精神残疾患者258例，致残率为86．0％。多分类有序logistic回归分析结果显示导致社区重性精神疾病患者致残的主要因素为家庭收入、精神状况、被照顾情况等（P＜0．05）。结论：重性精神疾病是一种高致残性的精神疾病，家庭收入、精神状况、被照顾情况为影响致残的主要因素，加强社区康复能有效缓解精神症状，值得推广应用。

Factors to Effect on Recovery or Disabled of Serious Mental Illness in Community

Objective：To analysis the effect of factors on recovery or disabled of serious mental illness in community .Methods：300 ca-ses with serious mental illness were observed , the morbidity and correlative factor were analyzed .Results：Of the 300 cases, 258 cases were mental disability inordinately （86.0%）.By using Logistic regression analyses , the results showed that main factors to effect on re-covery or disabled were including family income , mental status and situation to be taken care of （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The serious mental illness was high disabling .Family income , mental status and situation to be taken care of were the main factors .It could effectively alleviate mental condition to strengthen the community recovery and worth clinical promotion .
