分期综合保守治疗膝骨性关节炎280例报告

目的：观察分期综合保守治疗膝骨性关节炎的治疗效果。方法：2012年1月～2013年1月，在Altman分期基础上将膝骨性关节炎分为4期，针对不同分期患者分别采用股四头肌等长功能锻炼、口服非甾体类消炎药、玻璃酸钠注射液关节腔注射、小针刀松解及中药熏蒸治疗原发性膝骨性关节炎患者280例。本组患者Ⅰ期31例，Ⅱ期68例，Ⅲ期193例，Ⅳ期8例。其中男113例，女167例。年龄40～79岁，平均64岁。结果：所有患者随访1年，优160例，良116例，差4例，优良率98．5％。结论：分期综合保守治疗膝骨性关节炎有较好的近期治疗效果。

Study on staging cons ervativert eatments of knee osteoarthritis treatment

Objective：To observe staging conservative treatments of knee osteoarthritis treatment .Methods：January 2012 to January 2013, the foundation will be phased in Altman knee osteoarthritis is divided into four , respectively, using isometric quadriceps function-al exercise for patients with different stages of oral non -steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, glass intra-articular injection of sodium injection, with small knife and medicine fumigation treatment of primary knee osteoarthritis patients 280 cases.The group of 31 cases of patients with stage Ⅰ,Ⅱof 68 cases,Ⅲof 193 cases, ofⅣ8 cases.113 cases were male, female 167 cases.Age 40 to 79 years,＆amp;nbsp;mean 64 years.Results：All patients were followed for one year, 160 cases of excellent, good in 116 cases, and poor in 4 cases, good rate of 98.5%.Conclusion：Staging comprehensive conservative treatment of knee osteoarthritis have a better therapeutic effect re-cently.
