连续性血液过滤对急性药物中毒患者心肌细胞保护的效果评价

目的：分析连续性血液过滤对急性药物中毒患者心肌细胞保护的临床效果。方法：收集我院2012年7月～2013年7月期间诊治的急性药物中毒患者34例作为研究对象,对所有患者应用连续性血液过滤治疗,观察治疗效果。结果：研究结果显示,本组患者经连续性血液过滤治疗后取得了良好的临床效果,患者的血浆脑钠素（ BNP）、Ⅲ型前胶原N末端肽（ NPⅢ）、心肌肌酸磷酸激酶同工酶（ CK～MB）、乳酸脱氢酶（ LDH）出现了明显的变化,治疗前后各项数据比较具有明显差异（ P＜0．05）。结论：连续性血液过滤对急性药物中毒患者心肌细胞保护具有良好的临床效果,值得在临床应用上推广。

Assessment on continuity of blood filtration of myocardial cells in patients with acute drug poisoning on clinical effect of protection

Objective：To analyze the continuity of blood filtration of myocardial cells in patients with acute drug poisoning the clinical effect of protection .Methods：collected from July 2012 -July 2013 during the diagnosis and treatment of 34 patients with acute drug poi-soning as the research object , the continuity of blood filtration treatment , all patients to observe the treatment effect .Results：The results showed that this group of patients after treatment with continuous filtration achieved good clinical effect .Conclusion：The continuous filtra-tion of myocardial cells in patients with acute drug poisoning protection should have good clinical effect .
