大连市旅顺口区小学生第1恒磨牙龋病调查分析

摘    要:目的:选取7~10岁儿童第1恒磨牙患龋流行病学资料,为制定本市推广和实施预防龋齿适宜技术项目提供科学依据。方法:采用世界卫生组织通用的龋齿调查方法,以大连市旅顺口区5所小学2174名学生为对象,调查第1恒磨牙患龋情况,并进行统计学分析。结果:在2174名学生中,第1恒磨牙患龋人数467人,患龋率为21.48%,龋均0.503;患龋牙数990颗,以10岁儿童多见;女生患龋250人,高于男生的217人,P<0.01,差异有统计学意义;患龋率随年龄增长而升高,10岁时达高峰。结论:该市儿童第1恒磨牙患龋情况符合龋病的一般流行病学特点。充分认识第1恒磨牙患龋对儿童的健康危害,有的放矢地指导小学生良好的口腔卫生习惯和饮食习惯。窝沟封闭、局部涂氟可有效预防龋病,降低第1恒磨牙患龋率。

Investigation of the First Permanent Molar Caries in Primary School Students in Lvshun-kou District of Dalian

Abstract:Objective:To build 7~10 years old children's first permanent molar caries epidemiological data , making the city provided scientific basis for the prevention of dental caries of appropriate technology projects in the promotion and .Methods:the dental caries sur-vey who used in five primary school , Dalian Lushun 2174 students as the object of investigation , the first permanent molar caries , and sta-tistical analysis .Results:among 2174 students , the first permanent molar caries number 467 , the caries prevalent rate of the first perma-nent was 21.48%, DMFT 0.503;caries teeth number 990, with 10 years old of children sees more;girls caries of 250 people, 217 peo-ple, higher than boys in P<0.01, significant caries prevalence with age;increased, and reached the peak at the age of 10.Conclusion:the children's first permanent molar caries epidemiological characteristics of loyalty with dental caries .Fully aware of the first permanent molar caries of health risks to children , have a definite object in view to oral hygiene habits and living habits to guide students good , the city take free sealant , topical fluoride , can effectively prevent dental caries , reduce the caries prevalence rate of first permanent molars .
