剖宫产术后应用自控镇痛泵对产后泌乳的影响

目的探讨剖宫产术后应用自控镇痛泵对产后泌乳和疼痛缓解情况的影响。方法选择剖宫产的产妇120例随机分为2组,各60例,观察组应用自控镇痛泵,对照组应用哌替啶治疗,比较2组产后泌乳和疼痛缓解情况的影响。结果观察组术后2 h及24 h有效率均显著高于对照组;观察组泌乳始动时间显著短于对照组;观察组术后24 h及48 h泌乳率均显著高于对照组。术后24 h,48 h,72 h时,观察组泌乳量在(■)以上的比例明显高于对照组。所有患者均未发生严重呼吸系统不良反应。结论剖宫产术后应用自控镇痛泵效果较好,不良反应少,且能提前泌乳时间,增加泌乳量,提高母乳喂养成功率。

Influence of patient controlled analgesia pump on postpartum lactation after cesarean section

Objective To explore the influence of patient controlled analgesia pump on postpartum lactation and pain relief after cesarean section.Methods 120 cases of puerperas with cesarean section were divided into two groups,60 cases each.The observation group received patient controlled analgesia pump,the control group received dolantin.The influence of postpartum lactation and pain relief after cesarean section of the two groups were compared.Results The effective rates in treatment group 2 h and 24 h after cesarean section were obviously higher than that in control group.The beginning lactation time in treatment group was obviously shorter than that in control group.The lactation rates in treatment group 24 h and 48 h after cesarean section were obviously higher than that in control group.The rates of lactation quantity more than(■) in treatment group 24 h,48 h and 72 h after cesarean section were obviously higher than that in control group.There was no severe adverse reactions of respiratory system in all puerperas.Conclusion Patient controlled analgesia pump after cesarean section has good effect and fewer side effects.It can bring forward lactation time,increase of lactation quantity and the successful rate of breastfeeding.
