摘    要:目的探讨无创机械通气在老年慢性阻塞性肺病(COPD)中的应用效果。方法将120例老年COPD患者随机分成2组,试验组给予常规治疗加无创机械通气治疗,对照组给予常规治疗,对比2组总体疗效、血气参数变化、住院天数、住院费用以及并发症方面的差异。结果试验组治疗有效率(73.3%)显著高于对照组(46.7%)(P<0.01)。在pH值、PaO2、Pa-CO2等血气指标,以及住院时间、呼吸纠正时间、住院费用等方面,2组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论无创机械通气治疗老年COPD成功率高,安全有效,费用低廉,值得在临床上推广应用。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of non-invasive mechanical ventilation on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods A total of 120 elderly COPD patients were randomly divided into two groups.The experiment group received conventional treatment and non-invasive mechanical ventilation and the control group only received conventional therapy.The differences of total efficacy,changes of blood gas parameters,hospital duration,hospital costs and complications of two groups were compared.Results The efficacy rate of the experimen group(73.3%) was higher than that of the control group(46.7%)(P<0.01).The differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.01) in pH value,PaO2,PaCO2,hospital duration,inspiration correction time and hospital costs.Conclusion Non-invasive mechanical ventilation treatment has higher success rate in the treatment of elderly COPD patients.It′s safe,effective,affordable,and worthy of clinical application.
