温针灸配合推拿治疗骨性膝关节炎疗效观察

摘    要:目的:观察温针配合推拿与西药治疗骨性膝关节炎的临床疗效差异.方法:通过回顾分析,将170例患者分成观察组(120例)、对照组(50例).观察组采用温针灸配合膝部推拿手法治疗,温针灸穴取梁丘、血海、内膝眼、外膝眼等,每日1次,10次为一疗程,治疗3个疗程;对照组采用口服布洛芬、吲哚美辛常规治疗,连续服药25~30天.结果:观察组之痊愈率、总有效率分别为54.2%( 65/120)、90.8%( 109/120),对照组分别为32.0%( 16/50)、68.0%( 34/50),观察组均优于对照组(均P<0.01).结论:温针灸配合推拿治疗骨性膝关节炎疗效优于西药常规治疗.

Abstract:Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of western medicine and warm needling combined with massage for osteoarthritis of the knee.Method One hundred and seventy cases were randomly divided into an observation group(120 cases) and a control group(50 cases).The observation group received warm needling treatment on the acupoints Liángqiū(梁丘 ST 34),Xuèhǎi(血海 SP 10),Nèixīyǎn(内膝眼 EX-LE 5) and Dúbí(犊鼻 ST 35),combined with massage,once a day,10 treatments as one course,totally 3 courses.The control group took Ibuprofen and Indometacin for 25 to 30 days.Results The observation group had a cured rate of 54.2%(65/120) and overall effective rate of 90.8%(109/120).The control group had a cured rate of 32%(16/50) and overall effective rate of 68%(34/50)(P<0.01).Conclusion The efficacy of warm needling combined with massage is significantly better than Ibuprofen and Indometacin for osteoarthritis of the knee.
