维A酸乳膏联合左旋咪唑治疗扁平疣的疗效观察

目的：观察维A酸乳膏联合左旋咪唑治疗扁平疣的疗效。方法：选择信阳职业技术学院附属医院2008年2月～2009年1月收治的83例扁平疣患者，随机分为观察组（43例）和对照组（40例），对照组采用单纯维A酸乳膏治疗，观察组采用维A酸乳膏与左旋咪唑联合治疗。比较分析两组的疗效。结果：观察组总有效率为97．67％，对照组总有效率为85．00％，两组间比较，差异有统计学意义（X^2=4．3107，P〈0．05）。两组不良反应发生率比较，差异无统计学意义（X^2=2．6233，P〉0．05）。结论：维A酸乳膏联合左旋咪唑治疗扁平疣疗效满意，安全可靠，值得推广应用。

The clinical observation of Tretinoin Ointment and Levamisole treatment in verruca planae

Objective：To observe the clinical observation of Tretinoin Ointment and Levamisole treatment in verruca planae. Methods：From February 2008 to January 2009 in our hospital,the 83 cases of verruca planae were randomly divided into observation group（n=43）and control group（n=40）.The control group were given Tretinoin Ointment only,and the observation group were given Tretinoin Ointment and Levamisole,then compared the results of two groups.Results：The total effective rate of observation group was 97.67% and the control group was 85.00%,there was significant difference in the two groups （X^2=4.310 7,P〈0.05）.There was no significant difference in the adverse reaction rate of two groups（X^2=2.623 3,P〉0.05）. Conclusion：Tretinoin Ointment and Levamisole has satisfactory curative effect on verruca planae,it is safe,reliable,and worthy of popularization.
