| 摘 要： | 采用鼻内孔缩小术治疗重度萎缩性鼻炎５６例，手术前后行组织病理学，鼻粘膜细胞学及鼻粘膜组织化学检查，并相比较，结果表明，术后３个月有效率为８９％，术后２年有效率为８０％远期１０年以上，有效率为６３％，并对鼻内孔缩小术的理论依据，缩小程度及手术的优点等进行讨论。 |

| Abstract: | We treated 56 cases of atrophic rhinitis with Choana constrictor operation. The operation is simple,practical and the results were satisfactory. The objective criterior for the result included the examinations of the histopathology,nasal mucosa and nasal mucosa histochemistry. The effective rate in 3 Months postoperatively was 89% the rate at 2 years was 80% .and the rate for long-term (more than 10 years) was 63%. The theoretical basis of the operation. degree of the choana constrictor operation and the advantages of the operation are discussed in the paper. |
