护理干预对急性缺血性脑卒中患者早期康复的影响

目的:探讨早期康复护理对脑卒中患者功能预后的影响。方法:选择2006年1月至2007年1月在我科收治的72例缺血性脑卒中患者,分康复组和对照组各36例,两组患者均接受神经内科常规治疗和护理。康复组除常规护理外,在患者生命体征稳定、神志清楚、神经系统症状不再恶化48 h后即采用早期综合康复护理方案。治疗前后肌张力评定采用Ashwarth评分法评定瘫痪肢体的运动功能及Barthel指数评定日常生活活动能力。结果:康复前后两组Barthel指数比较,两组差异有显著性P<0.01;康复前后两组Ashwarth评分比较,观察组康复干预前后肌张力评分差异有显著性P<0.05,对照组前后肌张力评分差异无显著性P>0.05。两组康复前肌张力评分差异无显著性P>0.05;康复后两组肌张力评分差异有显著性P<0.05。结论:早期康复护理对脑卒中患者的功能恢复具有促进作用。

Objective:To investigate the early rehabilitation of stroke care and the prognosis of patients with functional.Methods:January 2006 to January 2007 in the Division I treated 72 cases of patients with ischemic stroke,the rehabilitation group and the control group of 36 cases of the two groups of patients received conventional medical treatment and care.In addition to routine care rehabilitation group,in patients with stable vital signs,he was clearly no longer deterioration of the nervous system symptoms after 48 hours by early comprehensive rehabilitation care programmes.Muscular tension assessed before and after treatment using Ashwarth score assessment of motor function in paralyzed limbs and Barthel ADL index assessment.Results:The two groups before and after rehabilitation barthel index, the difference between the two groups was significant,P <0.01;Ashwarth score two groups before and after rehabilitation,the rehabilitation intervention group before and after dystonia score difference was significant,P <0.05,and the control group before and after dystonia score there was no significant difference,P> 0.05.Two rehabilitation before dystonia score difference was not significant,P> 0.05;after rehabilitation dystonia score difference between the two groups was significant,P <0.05.Conclusion:Early rehabilitation care to the functional recovery of stroke patients with facilitating role.
