138例前置胎盘患者并发症的观察及护理

目的：探讨前置胎盘孕妇并发症的观察及护理方法。方法选择前置胎盘孕妇69例纳入本次研究中,对其临床资料以回顾性的方法进行分析,综合应用各种针对性护理方法进行护理,作为试验组。并选择同期69例前置胎盘孕妇,仅实施常规护理,作为对照组,观察护理效果。结果针对性护理组并发症发生率明显低于常规护理组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论给予前置胎盘孕妇患者针对性护理,有利于减少并发症发生,保障新生儿和产妇生命健康。

Observation and nursing of complications in 138 pregnantwomen with placentaprevia

Objective To explore the observation and nursing method of complications in pregnant women with placentapre‐via .Methods Sixty‐nine patients with placentaprevia giving birth to their babies in the hospital were selected as study objects , the clinical data were analyzed in a retrospective way ,various specific methods of nursing care are comprehensively used in the experimental group .Another 69 patients with placentaprevia giving birth to their babies in the hospital during the same period were selected as control group ,the routine care was used ,nursing effect was observed .Results The rate of complication of tar‐geted care group was decreased obviously compared with control group .There was significant difference between two groups in the incidence rates of complications (P<0.05) .Conclusion The targeted nursing can reduce the occurrence of complications in the pregnant women with placentaprevia and ensure the neonatal and maternal health .
