侵及翼腭窝鼻咽血管纤维瘤的面中部掀翻摘除术

目的研究一种手术治疗侵及翼腭窝鼻咽纤维血管瘤的新术式—面中部掀翻摘除术。方法总结通过面中部掀翻,经鼻腔、上颌窦摘除侵及翼腭窝鼻咽纤维血管瘤5例的临床经验。结果5例患者切口均一期愈合,无面部畸形,吞咽、发声功能正常。1例术后出现面颊部血肿,1例术后发现一侧蝶窦有肿瘤残留。结论以术式面部无切口,术中视野广阔,出血少,可在直视下整体摘除肿瘤。术后患者恢复迅速,面部无手术瘢痕,无吞咽、说话等功能障碍。

Excision of thenasopharyngeal fibrohemangioma extending into fossa pterygopalatina with midfacial degloveoperation

Objective: To study a new method for excision of the nasopharyngeal fibrohemangioma extending into fossa pterygopalatina. Method: Five cases were surgical treated with midfacial deglove operation through nasal and maxillary. Result:The 5 cases all had incisions healed at the first stage without facial deformity, and they all got good swallow and vocal function while 1 case had facial hematoma postoperative and 1 case had residual carcinoma at one lateral of sphenoid sinus. Conclusion: This approach offers excellent exposure without leaving external facial deformity. The patients can recover soon without swallow and vocal block.
