| 摘 要： | 目的 :研究胸段硬膜外阻滞治疗扩张型心肌病顽固性心衰的作用。方法 :对 12例扩张型心肌病顽固性心衰患者进行胸段硬膜外阻滞 2～ 3周。结果 :总有效率 91.7%。结论 :胸段硬膜外阻滞对扩张型心肌病顽固性心衰治疗非常有效 ,且易于普及
