广东省惠州市健康体检高血压的发病率及相关危险因素分析

目的探讨广东省惠州市健康体检高血压的发病率及相关危险因素。方法对惠州市11216人口进行健康体检和高血压相关知识问卷调查,用Logistic回归分析相关危险因素。结果发放调查问卷12463份,收回11216份,有效应答率为90.0%。高血压患病1682例(14.9%);60岁以上年龄组高血压681例(40.5%),明显高于30岁以下年龄组864例(13.6%)(χ2=9.15,P<0.01);随着年龄的增长,高血压的有增加的趋势(χ2=10.45,P<0.001);每日吸烟1162人(69.0%),明显高于不吸烟100例(6.0%)(χ2=15.84,P<0.01);体质量指数(BMI)≥28kg/m2303例(18.0%),明显高于<24kg/m2824例(49.0%)(χ2=9.83,P<0.01);高血压患病多因素Logistic回归分析表明,年龄、肥胖、吸烟、腹围、食盐量均是高血压患病的影响因素(P均<0.01)。结论加强高血压高发人群的健康教育工作,采取相应的干预措施,控制高血压病相关危险因素。

Analysis of Hypertension and Related Risk Factors among Physical Examination in Huizhou

Objective To investigate the incidence of hypertension and related risk factors on physical examination in Huizhou. Methods Physical examination and hypertension knowledge survey for 11216 population, The risk factors of hypertension using logistic regression analysis in Huizhou. Results The 11216 questionnaire（90.0%） were recovered in 12463 questionnaire; The Hypertension were 1682 cases （14.9%）;The hypertension 681 cases（40.5%） in 60 years group were significantly higher than 864 （13.6%） in 30 year below group（X^2=9.15, P〈0.01）; The morbidity of hypertension were increasing trend with age（x^2=10.45, P〈0.001）; 1162 cases （69.0%） in daily smokers were significantly higher than 100 cases（6.0%）in non-smokers（X^=15.84, P〈0.01）; Body mass index （BMI） ≥28kg/m2 of 303 cases（18.0%）significantly higher than〈24kg/m2 of 2824 eases（49.0%） （X^2=9.83, P〈0.01）; The risk factors related with age, obesity smoking, abdominal circumference, salt volume in hypertension by multivariate Logistic regression analysis（P all〈0.01）. Conclusion Strengthen the health education work and take appropriate intervention measures to control hypertension related risk factors.
