不同人群无偿献血心态分析及对策

目的了解不同人群献血心态,制定针对性的招募对策。方法对1115名不同人群无偿献血者分发自制调查问卷,列出8种献血心态,由被调查者按主次填写,将第1选择进行归纳、分析。结果8种无偿献血心态按选择例次大小依次为无私奉献、索取利益、被动从众、尝试体检、预防疾病、好奇冲动、储蓄保险、永久纪念。大部分献血者的献血心态是积极的,其中无私奉献心态占67.7%,最多见于军人、在校大学生、医务人员和外来务工人员;另有少数献血者心态是被动或是非积极的,其中索取利益占8.5%,以部分机关工作人员和乡镇农民计划献血为多见。结论针对不同人群进行正确的宣传引导,制定不同的干预对策,促使公民对无偿献血的理解、态度、行为有大的转变,使其成为无偿固定自愿献血者,确保无偿献血工作持续、和谐、健康发展。

Psychological analysis of different people in volunteer blood donation and the countermeasures

Objective To investigate and analyze psychologically different people in volunteer blood donation to establish a series of recruits countermeasures. Methods Self-designed questionnaires were used in 1 115 volunteers. Results T here were 8 attitudes towards volunteer blood donation, which were unselfish con tribution, profitable donation, passive donation, trial donation, preventing the diseases, curious one, saving and insurance and permanent memory. Most of donat ors' attitude was active, among which 67.7% were self-giving, such as army men, college students, medical personnel, and immigrant workers. A small quantity of people's attitude was passive or not active, among which the profitable donator accounted for 8.5%, mostly found in office workers and farmers. Conclusion Pr oper propaganda and guide for different people, establishment of different inter vening countermeasures can improve the citizens' understanding and attitude of v olunteer blood donation to ensure the continuous harmonious and health developme nt of volunteer blood donation.
