| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨长春新碱治疗慢性原发性血小板减少性紫癫的可行性。方法：设立３个观察组,对３个观察组给予长春新碱２ｍｇ持续８ｈ静脉输注。Ａ组：糖皮质激素治疗有禁忌症组;Ｂ组：应用糖皮质激素治疗后出现并发症组;Ｃ组：糖皮质激素治疗无效组。结果：３组共２０例病例经长春新碱治疗后有效率达１００％,副作用少。结论：初步观察结果表明,该疗法有效、安全、经济、适用,具有一定的临床应用价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To find out if vincristine can be used to treat the chronic primary thrombocytopenic puripura. Method Set up 3 groups and each caes among 3 groups was given vincristine 2mg by keeping 8 hours vein infusion. Results Complete recovery is 100 %, and side-effect are seldom and not severe. Conclusion This methos is effective, safe, economic and practical, It can be used further in near future. |
