| 摘 要： | 目的探讨清开灵注射液与乳酸环丙沙星注射液的配伍情况。方法将清开灵与乳酸环丙沙星注射液按一定比例混合制成不同浓度的配伍试液,观察外观、测定pH值、红外图谱扫描。结果清开灵注射液与乳酸环丙沙星注射液存在配伍禁忌。结论清开灵注射液与乳酸环丙沙星注射液不能混合使用。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the compatibility between ciprofloxacin lactate and Qingkailing injections. Methods Study mixtures made up of ciprofloxacin and Qingkailing injections in varied proportions were tested for gross appearance, pH value, UV spectrophotometry and infrared analysis. Results Ciprofloxacin lactate and Qingkailing injections are incompatible. Conclusion Ciprofloxacin lactate and Qingkailing injections should not be administered as a mixture. |
