| 摘 要： | 目的总结和分析急性肠系膜静脉血栓形成(AMVT)的临床诊断和治疗。方法回顾分析2002-01～2007-12收治7例AMVT的诊断、治疗的临床资料。结果7例病人中治愈出院6例,1例死于术后多脏器功能衰竭(MODS)。结论早期AMVT缺乏特异性临床表现,CT等影像学检查是获取早期诊断的重要手段,及时抗凝溶栓治疗可阻止血栓蔓延,出现腹膜炎表现时要及时手术。

| Abstract: | Objective To summarize and analyze clinical diagnosis and treatment for acute mesenteric venous thrombosis. Methods The diagnosis and treatment of 7 cases with AMVT from 2002 to 2007 were analyzed retrospecttively. Results In 7 cases,6 cases were cured,1 case died from MODS. Conclusion AMVT lacks specific clinical features in early stage,while CT is the most important diagnoses way. Anticoagulation and thromblysis can prevent thrombosis and recover blood circulation.The operation is necessary when peritonit... |
