进展期胃癌术后同步放化疗疗效观察

目的观察同步放化疗治疗进展期胃癌根治术后患者的临床疗效和安全耐受性。方法将96例根治术后的进展期胃癌患者随机分为观察组（52例）和对照组（44例）。观察组根治术后应用三维适形放疗联合化疗治疗，对照组术后单用化疗。治疗结束后随访2年，评价2年无病生存率及总生存率。结果观察组患者2年无病生存率及总生存率分别为66．0％、80．9％，均高于对照组的43．9％、61．0％，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；观察组不良反应较对照组有所增加，但差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论三维适形放疗联合化疗治疗进展期胃癌根治术后的患者能明显提高其2年无病生存率及总生存率，且不良反应无明显增加，患者耐受性较好。

Efficacy of concurrent chemoradiotherapy on post-operative advanced gastric carcinoma

Objective To study the efficacy and safety of concurrent chemoradiotherapy on post-operative advanced gastric carcinoma. Methods Ninety-six patients with advanced gastric carcinoma af-ter radical operation were randomly divided into observation group （52 cases） and control group （44 ca-ses）. Patients in observaotion group were treated by dimensional conformal radiotherapy combined with chemotherapy, and patients in control group were treated by chemotherapy alone. Two years followed-up was carried out after treatment, and the 2 years free progress time and overall survival rate was evaluated. Results Two years free progress time and overall survival rate in observation group were 66. 0% and 80. 9% respectively, both were higher than those in control group 43.9% and 61.0%, there were sig-nificant differences （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; But the adverse reactions in observation group were more than those in control group, but the difference was not statistically significant （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusions Con-current ehemoradiotherapy in treatment of post-operative advanced gastric carcinoma can improve the 2 years free progress time and overall survival rate, fail to produce more side effect, and is well toler-ated by the patients.
