支架增加A/B1型冠脉病变的再狭窄率

目的：探讨冠脉支架CS）对A／B1型病变再狭窄中的影响。方法：对221例A／B1型病变中109例行PTCA，另112例行CS治疗。结果：PTCA组和CS的手术成功率都非常高（94％和100％）。随访三年发现，PTCA组再狭窄率、心脏事件率、UAP发生率、需要冠状动脉介入治疗或搭桥术、心肌梗塞、死亡率等均明显低于CS组（P＜0．05）。结论：提示CS治疗A／B1型病变的预后明显优于PTCA。

Coronary stenting increase restenosis in A/B1 coronay lesions

Objective:The purpose of this paper is to study the clinical value of coronary ste nting in treatment of A/B1 type lesions. Methods: Two hundred twenty-two cases with type A or B1 coronary artery lesions were studied, of whom 109 cases were performed on PTCA only (PTCA group)and the other 112 cases were treated with coronary stent (CS Group).All the patients received Exercise Test(ET)?Ultrasound Cardiogram(UCG) and followed-up 3 years after procedure. Results: It was found that Both PTCA Group and CS Group had extremely high procedure success rate (94% vs. 100%). Six cases in PTCA group were successfully performed emergence CS because of coronary acute occlusion after PTCA. During 3 year following-up, PTCA group had a lower rate of restenosis, lower cardiac events such as unstable angina pectoris, myocardial infarction, cardiaogenic death, need of repeat percutaneous coronary intervention, coronary artery bypass graph than CS group (p<0.05). Conclusions: Those suggest that both PTCA and CS had a high success procedure rate in treatment of type A/B1 lesions. But PTCA had a better long-term prognosis than CS in treatment of A/B1 lesions.
