| 摘 要： | 目的观察结肠水疗加三氧治疗溃疡性结肠炎的效果。方法治疗组36例和对照组35例,两组均予口服柳氮磺胺吡啶片1g,每天3次,治疗组经结肠途径治疗系统清洗肠道加用三氧疗法,治疗观察3周。结果治疗组总有效率94.44%明显优于对照组94.29%（P〈0.05）。结论三氧疗法经结肠途径治疗溃疡性结肠炎疗效好,值得进一步推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of ozone therapy via colon therapy system in treatment of ulcerative colitis.Methods Thirty-six patients in treatment group and 35 patients in control group that were treated with sulfasalazine for 3 weeks.Additionally,patients in treatment group received ozone therapy via colon therapy system.The efficacy of each group was observed at the end of the third week,respectively.Results In comparison with control group,the overall outcome in treatment group was satisfactory.Conclusion Ozone therapy via colon therapy system in treatment of ulcerative colitis via colon therapy system is effective and feasible. |
