| 摘 要： | [目的]探讨护理程序在成人斯蒂尔病(Still)病人护理中的应用.[方法]对23例成人Still病病人应用护理程序进行护理.首先评估护理对象的健康状况,之后分析并提出护理诊断,制订预期目标,制订并实施护理计划和措施,动态的评价护理效果.[结果]本组成人Still病病人均病情好转出院,所提出的护理问题均得到解决,达到预期目标.[结论]护理程序应用于成人Still病人的护理中可以科学地确认问题并解决问题.

| Abstract: | Objective: To probe into application of nursing procedure in nursing care of patients with adult Still disease. Methods: A total of 23 adult Still disease patients were carried out nursing care by applying nursing procedure. Firstly, to evaluate the health state of nursing subjects; secondly, to analyze and put forward nursing diagnosis, to make out prospective target, to make out and carry out nursing plan and measures, to evaluate nursing effect dynamically. Results: All adult Still disease patients had discharged because of illness condition improvement and nursing questions were all solved and prospective target had been achieved. Conclusion: To apply nursing procedure in nursing care of patients with adult Still disease can identify and solve questions scientifically. |
