| 摘 要： | 目的通过应用ROC曲线对Ca125在卵巢癌和卵巢良性肿瘤中升高程度的差异进行研究,以确定Ca125在卵巢癌和卵巢良性肿瘤鉴别诊断中的最佳切值（cut-off）。方法采用电化学发光法测定54例卵巢癌患者、68例卵巢良性肿瘤患者、104例正常人的Ca125浓度,应用SPSS11.5软件中的ROC曲线分析法进行处理,对不同组别、不同cut-off下的灵敏度与特异度进行分析。结果应用ROC曲线对Ca125鉴别诊断卵巢癌和卵巢良性肿瘤的ROC曲线下面积（AUC）为0.812;cutoff=60、100、150U/ml时,灵敏度分别为0.80、0.74、0.61;特异度分别为0.53、0.79、0.93。结论 Ca125在卵巢癌的鉴别诊断中具有中等诊断价值;本实验室Ca125在卵巢癌与卵巢良性肿瘤的鉴别诊断中以cutoff=100U/ml为最佳。 |
