太原离休干部轻度认知功能障碍现况调查及危险因素分析

目的了解离休干部轻度认知功能障碍(MCI)状况及危险因素,为采取相应预防措施提供参考依据。方法对太原263例≥75岁离休干部进行MCI患病率的典型整群抽样调查,分析太原离休干部MCI相关因素,如人口学特征、日常生活能力(ADL)、吸烟、饮酒和睡眠障碍、脑血管病、抑郁、帕金森病(PD)等既往病史。结果 263例太原离休干部中,MCI患者120例,患病率46.5%。χ2检验结果表明,睡眠障碍、PD、ADL在MCI和认知功能正常老年人,两组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);多因素Logistic回归分析表明,ADL是MCI的主要危险因素。结论太原离休干部MCI患病率很高,睡眠障碍、PD可能是MCI的危险因素,ADL是MCI患者的主要危险因素。

Prevalence investigation and risk factor analysis of mild cognitive impairment among senior retired cadres in Taiyuan troops

Objective To explore the prevalence and risk factors of mild cognitive impairment（MCI）among senior retired cadres in Taiyuan troops. Methods Data on the 263 elderly senior retired cadres of Taiyuan troops were gathered. Key MCI risk factors, including demographic characteristics ,activity of daily living（ADL）, smoking, alcohol drinking and previous medical illness, such as sleep disorder,cerebrovascular disease,depression and Parkinson Disease（PD）,were investigated. Results One hundred and twenty cases of MCI patients were found,which accounted for 46.5% of the 263 senior retired cadres.22 test showed that MCI and NC group displayed significance difference in three factors：sleep disorders ,PD and ADL（P〈0.01 ）. Multiple factor logistic regression analysis showed that the main risk factor of MCI was ADL. Conclusions The prevalence rate of MCI among senior retired cadres in Taiyuan troops was high. Sleep disorder, PD and ADL are likely the risk factors of MCI. with ADL as the main risk factor.
