摘    要:对40只大白鼠进行了包括对照、DL-DOPA、L-5-HTP、戊巴比妥钠4组进行实验,记录EEG。用ET 技术分析获得重要结果。发现对照组动物大脑活动状态表现多样性,特征频率有较多变异,注射药物后明显趋向一致。S11(S22)与脑内DA 活动有关;S4系与5-HT 活动有关。5-HT系统在脑内作用较复杂,并与DA 系统存在相互作用。戊巴比妥钠对中枢有强抑制作用,特征频率为S13,认为可能与脑内GABA 过度活动有关。以上结果说明ET 技术在未来脑研究中,是有发展前途的。

Abstract:Brain waves were recorded in forty rats which were dividedinto four groups of control,DL-DOPA,L-5-HTP and pentobarbitalsodium.Important results were obtained using encephalofluctuo-graphs (ET) analysis.The cerebral active states of control groupwere not consistant and their eigen frequencies were relativelyvariant,which,however,turned to obvious regularity after drugadministration.S11 (22) was verified to be related to the DA ac-tivity and S4 series related to the 5-HT activity.The 5-HT systemhad relatively complicated effects on brain function and interac-tion with the DA system.Pentobarbital sodium had powerful inhibi-tory effect on central nervous system and S13 was its eigen fre-quency.It was considered that S13 was related to the hyperactivityof GABA.All these obtained results have showed that ET techniquehas good future prospects in brain research.
