摘    要:
目的建立HPLC法同时测定紫白栓(紫草、大黄、白及等)中贝母兰宁、山药素Ⅲ、乙酰紫草素、β-乙酰氧基异戊酰阿卡宁、异丁酰紫草素、β,β′-二甲基丙烯酰阿卡宁、异戊酰紫草素、芦荟大黄素、大黄素甲醚的含有量。方法该药物70%甲醇提取液的分析采用Waters Symmetry C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相乙腈-0.1%甲酸,梯度洗脱;体积流量1.0 mL/min;柱温30℃;检测波长254、275 nm。结果 9种成分在各自范围内线性关系良好(r≥0.999 1),平均加样回收率96.98%~100.03%,RSD 0.72%~1.64%。结论该方法简便、准确、可靠,可用于紫白栓的质量控制。

Abstract:
AIM To establish an HPLC method for the simultaneous content determination of coelonin,batatasinⅢ,acetylshikonin,β-acetoxyisovalerylalkannin,isobutylshikonin,β,β′-dimethylacrylalkannin,isovalerylshikonin,aloe-emodin and physcion in Zibai Suppository(Arnebiae Radix,Rhei Radix et Rhizoma,Bletillae Rhizoma,etc.).METHODS The analysis of 70%methanol extract of this drug was performed on a 30℃thermostatic Waters Symmetry C18 chromatographic column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),with the mobile phase comprising of acetonitrile-0.1%formic acid flowing at 1.0 mL/min in a gradient elution manner,and the detection wavelengths were set at 254,275 nm.RESULTS Nine constituents showed good linear relationships within their own ranges(r≥0.9991),whose average recoveries were 96.98%-100.03%with the RSDs of 0.72%-1.64%.CONCLUSION This simple,accurate and reliable method can be used for the quality control of Zibai Suppository.
