HPLC法同时测定天麻醒脑胶囊中9种成分

目的建立HPLC法同时测定天麻醒脑胶囊(天麻、熟地黄、肉苁蓉等)中天麻素、巴利森苷E、巴利森苷B、巴利森苷C、巴利森苷A、松果菊苷、毛蕊花糖苷、β-细辛醚、α-细辛醚的含有量。方法该药物50%甲醇提取液的分析采用Diamonsil C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相乙腈-甲醇(1∶1)]-0.1%甲酸,梯度洗脱;体积流量1.0 mL/min;柱温35℃;检测波长220、257、330 nm。结果 9种成分在各自范围内线性关系良好(r≥0.999 1),平均加样回收率96.88%~100.00%,RSD 0.81%~1.52%。结论该方法简便可靠,重复性好,可用于天麻醒脑胶囊的质量控制。

Simultaneous determination of nine constituents in Tianma Xingnao Capsules by HPLC

AIM To establish an HPLC method for the simultaneous content determination of gastrodin, parishin E, parishin B, parishin C, parishin A, echinacoside, verbascoside, β-asarone and α-asarone in Tianma Xingnao Capsules(Gastrodiae Rhizoma, Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata, Cistanches Herba, etc.).METHODS The analysis of 50% methanol extract of this drug was performed on a 35 ℃ thermostatic Diamonsil C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm), with the mobile phase comprising of acetonitrile-methanol(1∶1)]-0.1% formic acid flowing at 1.0 mL/minin a gradient elution manner, and the detection wavelengths were set at 220, 257, 330 nm.RESULTS Nine constituents showed good linear relationships within their own ranges(r≥0.999 1), whose average recoveries were 96.88%-100.00% with the RSDs of 0.81%-1.52%.CONCLUSION This simple, reliable and reproducible method can be used for the quality control of Tianma Xingnao Capsules.
