高尿酸血症与胰岛素抵抗关系的研究进展

随着人民生活水平的提升以及我国经济水平的不断提高,高尿酸血症(HUA)的在我国的发生率逐年升高。尿酸为嘌呤降解代谢的最终产物,而尿酸晶体在痛风和肾结石的发病机制中被证实是主要病因。除了痛风和肾脏疾病,HUA也被证实与多种代谢疾病和心血管疾病(CVD)密切相关。越来越多的研究结果表明,HUA是高血压、糖尿病等代谢综合征(MS)的重要枢纽,与多种疾病相互联系沟通。而胰岛素抵抗(IR)作为MS的重要组成部分之一,在许多的研究中发现HUA有可能是IR的始动因素,故本文就HUA与IR相互关系进行归纳及综述。

Research progress on the relationship between hyperuricemia and insulin resistance

With the improvement of people’s living standards and the continuous improvement of our country’s economic level,the incidence of hyperuricemia(HUA)in our country has increased year by year. Uric acid is the final product of strontium degradation metabolism,and uric acid crystals have been confirmed to be the main cause in the pathogenesis of gout and kidney stones. In addition to gout and kidney disease,HUA has also been shown to be closely associated with a variety of metabolic diseases and cardiovascular diseases(CVD). More and more research results show that HUA is an important hub of metabolic syndrome(MS) such as hypertension and diabetes,and is associated with various diseases. Insulin resistance(IR)is one of the important components of MS. In many studies,HUA may be the starting factor of IR. Therefore,this paper induces and summarizes the relationship between hyperuricemia and insulin resistance.
