一测多评法同时测定十味香鹿胶囊中5种人参皂苷

目的建立一测多评法同时测定十味香鹿胶囊(人参、香附、鹿角脱盘等)中人参皂苷Rg1、Re、Rf、Rb1、Rb3的含有量。方法该药物甲醇提取液的分析采用Agilent EC-C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×150 mm,2.7μm);流动相乙腈-水,梯度洗脱;体积流量0.5 mL/min;柱温25℃;检测波长203 nm。以人参皂苷Rb1为内标,计算其他4种人参皂苷的相对校正因子,测定其含有量。结果 5种人参皂苷在各自范围内线性关系良好(r≥0.999 5),平均加样回收率99.05%~101.4%,RSD 1.12%~2.67%,一测多评所得结果与外标法接近。结论该方法简便可靠,可用于十味香鹿胶囊的质量控制。

Simultaneous determination of five ginsenosides in Shiwei Xianglu Capsules by QAMS

AIM To establish a quantitative analysis of multi-components by single-marker(QAMS) method for the simultaneous content determination of ginsenosides Rg1, Re, Rf, Rb1 and Rb3in Shiwei Xianglu Capsules(Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma, Cyperi Rhizoma, Cervi Cornu, etc.).METHODS The analysis of methanol extract of this drug was performed on a 25 ℃ thermostatic Agilent EC-C18 column(4.6 mm×150 mm, 2.7 μm), with the mobile phase comprising of acetonitrile-water flowing at 0.5 mL/min in a gradient elution manner, and the detection wavelength was set at 203 nm. Ginsenoside Rb1 was used as an internal standard to calculate the relative correction factors of the other four ginsenosides, after which the content determination was made.RESULTS Five ginsenosides showed good linear relationships within their own ranges(r≥0.999 5), whose average recoveries were 99.05%-101.4% with the RSDs of 1.12%-2.67%. The results obtained by QAMS approximated those obtained by external standard method.CONCLUSION This simple and reliable method can be used for the quality control of Shiwei Xianglu Capsules.
