益气化瘤汤联合米非司酮对子宫肌瘤患者的临床疗效

目的探讨益气化瘤汤联合米非司酮对子宫肌瘤患者的临床疗效。方法 108例患者随机分为对照组(50例)和观察组(58例),对照组给予米非司酮,观察组在对照组基础上加用益气化瘤汤,疗程3个月经周期。检测临床疗效,血清Bcl-2、IGF-1、性激素[促黄体生成素(LH)、卵泡雌激素(FSH)、雌二醇(E₂)],瘤体直径、体积,不良反应发生率变化。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组血清Bcl-2、IGF-1、性激素降低(P<0.05),瘤体直径、体积缩小(P<0.05),以观察组更明显(P<0.05)。2组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论益气化瘤汤联合米非司酮可有效降低子宫肌瘤患者血清Bcl-2、IGF-1表达,促进瘤体缩小,提高临床疗效,安全性较高。

Clinical effects of Yiqi Hualiu Decoction combined with mifepristone on patients with hysteromyoma

AIM To explore the clinical effects of Yiqi Hualiu Decoction combined with mifepristone on pa tients with hysteromyoma.METHODS One hundred and eight patients were randomly assigned into control group(50 cases)for 3 menstrual cycle administration of mifepristone,and observation group(58 cases)for 3 menstrual cycle administration of both Yiqi Hualiu Decoction and mifepristone.The changes in clinical efficacy,serum Bcl 2,IGF 1 and sex hormones[luteinizing hormone(LH),follicular estrogen(FSH),estradiol(E2)],diameter and volume of tumor body and incidence of adverse reactions were detected.RESULTS The observation group demon strated higher total effective rate than the control group(P<0.05).After the treatment,the two groups displayed decreased serum Bcl 2,IGF 1 and sex hormones(P<0.05)and shortened diameter and volume of tumor body(P<0.05),especially for the observation group(P<0.05).No obvious difference in incidence of adverse reactions was found between the two groups(P>0.05).CONCLUSION For the patients with hysteromyoma,Yiqi Hualiu Decoction combined with mifepristone can effectively decrease the expressions of serum Bcl 2 and IGF 1,promote the reduction of tumor body and enhance clinical efficacy,with high safety.
