摘    要:
目的建立HPLC法同时测定风寒感冒颗粒(麻黄、葛根、防风等)中盐酸麻黄碱、盐酸伪麻黄碱、葛根素、5-O-甲基维斯阿米醇苷、升麻素苷、橙皮苷、甘草酸的含有量。方法该药物甲醇-1%HCl(7∶3)提取液的分析采用Agilent Eclipse Plus-C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);流动相乙腈-0.1%磷酸(含0.1%NH4Cl),梯度洗脱;体积流量1.0 mL/min;柱温30℃,检测波长210、250、284 nm。结果 7种成分在各自范围内线性关系良好(r≥0.999 1),平均加样回收率96.87%~101.06%,RSD 1.10%~2.88%。结论该方法简便准确,重复性好,可用于风寒感冒颗粒的质量控制。

Abstract:
AIM To establish an HPLC method for the simultaneous content determination of ephedrine hydrochloride,pseudoephedrine hydrochloride,puerarin,prim-O-glucosylcimifugin,5-O-methylvisammioside,hesperidin and glycyrrhizic acid in Fenghan Ganmao Granules(Ephedrae Herba,Pueraria lobata Radix,Saposhnikoviae Radix,etc.).METHODS The methanol-0.1%HCl(7∶3)extract of this drug was performed on a 30℃thermostatic Agilent Eclipse Plus-C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),with the mobile phase comprising of acetonitrile-0.1%phosphoric acid(containing 0.1%NH4Cl)flowing at 1.0 mL/min in a gradient elution manner,and the detection wavelengths were set at 210,250,284 nm.RESULTS Seven constituents showed good linear relationships within their own ranges(r≥0.9991),whose average recoveries were 96.87%-101.06%with the RSDs of 1.10%-2.88%.CONCLUSION This simple,accurate and reproducible method can be used for the quality control of Fenghan Ganmao Granules.
