| 摘 要： | 目的研究天胡荽Hydrocotyle sibthorpioides Lam.H.rotundifolia Roxb.]的化学成分。方法天胡荽水提物采用硅胶、聚酰胺柱、ODS、Sephadex LH-20、半制备HPLC进行分离纯化,根据理化性质及波谱数据鉴定所得化合物的结构。结果从中分离得到7个化合物,分别鉴定为原儿茶酸(1)、对羟基桂皮酸(2)、芹菜素(3)、山柰酚(4)、山柰苷(5)、槲皮素(6)、8-O-4-dehydrodiferulic acid (7)。结论化合物7首次从伞形科植物中分离得到,化合物5首次从天胡荽属植物中分离得到,化合物1~2首次从该植物中分离得到。

| Abstract: | AIM To study the chemical constituents from Hydrocotyle sibthorpioides Lam.H. rotundifolia Roxb.].METHODS The aqueous extract from H. sibthorpioides was isolated and purified by silica, polyamide column, ODS,Sephadex LH-20 and semi-preparative HPLC,then the structures of obtained compounds were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral data.RESULTS Seven compounds were isolated and identified as protocatechuic acid(1), p-hydroxycinnamic acid(2), apigenin(3), kaempferol(4), kaempferitrin(5), quercetin(6), 8-O-4-dehydrodiferulic acid(7).CONCLUSION Compound 7 is isolated from family Umbelliferae for the first time, compound 5 is isolated from genus Hydrocotyle for the first time, and compounds 1-2 are first isolated from this plant. |
