酶联免疫吸附试验对梅毒螺旋体的检验价值

目的分析酶联免疫吸附试验对梅毒螺旋体检验的临床价值。方法选取2016年12月-2017年12月天津市津南区疾病预防控制中心检测的梅毒患者100例,所有患者均采用两种试验方法进行检测,其中采用甲苯胺红不加热血清试验检测的患者为对照组,酶联免疫吸附试验检测的患者为观察组,比较两组检测准确率及观察组与TPPA法检测结果。结果观察组检测方式的准确率为97.00%,高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组准确率为97.00%,TPPA法检测准确率为100.00%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对梅毒螺旋体感染患者实施酶联免疫吸附试验检测,临床疾病确诊率较高,对患者后续治疗能够提供有效的临床依据。

The detection value of enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay for treponema pallidum

Objective To analyze the clinical value of enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay for the detection of treponema pallidum. Methods From December 2016 to December 2017, 100 syphilis patients detected in Tianjin Jinnan District Center for Disease Control and Prevention were selected. All patients were tested with two detection methods,the patients in the control group were detected by toluidine red unheated serum test, and the patients in the observation group were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. The detection accuracy rates of the two groups and the test results of observation group and TPPA test were compared. Results The accuracy rate of detection method in the observation group was 97.00%, higher than 80.00% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The accuracy rate of the observation group was 97.00%,the accuracy rate of the TPPA test was 100.00%,the difference was not statistically significant(P >0.05). Conclusion When the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay was used to detect treponema pallidum infection patients, the clinical diagnosis rate was high, and it could provide effective clinical basis for the follow-up treatment of patients.
