摘    要:目的建立HPLC法同时测定当归中色氨酸、绿原酸、阿魏酸、洋川芎内酯Ⅰ、洋川芎内酯H、欧前胡素、Z-藁本内酯、丁烯基苯酞的含有量。方法当归70%甲醇提取物的分析采用Ultimate C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相乙腈-0.085%磷酸溶液,梯度洗脱;体积流量1 mL/min;检测波长280 nm;柱温30℃。结果8种成分在各自范围内线性关系良好(r≥0.9996),平均加样回收率97.60%~101.22%,RSD 0.89%~2.51%。结论该方法准确稳定,重复性好,可用于当归的质量控制。

Abstract:AIM To establish an HPLC method for the simultaneous content determination of tryptophan,chlorogenic acid,ferulic acid,ligustilideⅠ,ligustilide H,imperatorin,Z-ligustilide and butenyl phthalide in Angelica sinensis(Oliv.)Diels.METHODS The analysis of 70%methanol extract of A.sinensis was performed on a 30℃thermostatic C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),with the mobile phase comprising of acetonitrile-0.085%phosphoric acid flowing at 1 mL/min in a gradient elution manner,and the detection wavelength was set at 280 nm.RESULTS Eight constituents showed good linear relationships within their own ranges(r≥0.9996),whose average recoveries were 97.60%-101.22%with the RSDs of 0.89%-2.51%.CONCLUSION This accurate,stable and reproducible method can be used for the quality control of A.sinensis.
