盐酸多西环素治疗游泳池肉芽肿9例临床分析

目的分析游泳池肉芽肿的临床特点及应用盐酸多西环素治疗的疗效。方法回顾性分析2012年1月-2017年12月期间本院皮肤科门诊游泳池肉芽肿患者的临床资料,总结单独口服盐酸多西环素治疗效果。结果共收集9例患者,男4例,女5例,平均年龄(47.89±5.99)岁,平均病程(10.33±6.60)个月。所有皮损均累及上肢,5例皮损为局限性肉芽肿样斑块(Ⅰ型),4例皮损呈孢子丝菌病样沿淋巴管播散(Ⅱ型)。8例全程单一服用多西环素治疗,1例因胃肠道不适换用左氧氟沙星治疗。所有患者全部治愈,治愈平均时间是(2.28±0.67)个月。结论Ⅰ型和Ⅱ型游泳池肉芽肿可以单独使用盐酸多西环素治愈。

Clinical Analysis of 9 Cases of Swimming Pool Granuloma Treated with Doxycycline Hydrochloride

Objective To analyze the clinical characteristics of swimming pool granuloma and the therapeutic effect of doxycycline hydrochloride.Methods The clinical data of fish tank granuloma in dermatology clinic of our hospital from January 2012 to December 2017 were retrospectively analyzed,and the therapeutic effect of oral doxycycline hydrochloride alone was summarized.Results Nine cases of fish tank granuloma were investigated,including four males and five females,with the average age of(47.89±5.99)years and with the mean disease course of(10.33±6.60)months.All lesions involved upper extremities,single superficial granulomatous plaques(typeⅠ)were noted in five cases,lesions with sporotrichoid dissemination along lymphatic vessels(typeⅡ)were noted in four cases.Eight cases were treated with doxycycline alone for whole duration,and only one case was changed with levofloxacin treatment due to gastrointestinal discomfort after taking doxycycline.All patients were cured and the average healing time was(2.28+0.67)months.Conclusion TypeⅠand typeⅡswimming pool granuloma can be cured by doxycycline hydrochloride alone.
