糜蛋白酶治疗分泌性中耳炎疗效观察

目的观察糜蛋白酶治疗分泌性中耳炎的疗效。方法对64例患分泌性中耳炎病人随机分成治疗组与对照组。对照组进行常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上,用糜蛋白酶4 000 u,加2 mL生理盐水溶解后行鼓室内注射,观察患者中耳变化。结果用糜蛋白酶治疗组,疗效明显高于对照组。结论糜蛋白酶较好的溶解和清除鼓室内含有多种蛋白的黏液,预防鼓室粘连和听力下降,且无明显毒副作用,值得推广应用。

Observation of Curative Effect on Secretory Otitis Media Treated with Chymolase

Objective To observe the curative effect on secretory otitis media(SOM) treated with chymolase.Methods 64 cases of such patient were divided into therapy group and control group randomly.The control group was treated routinely and the therapy group was treated with 4000u chymolase injection intra-tympanum based on routine therapy.Results The curative effect of therapy group was better than that of control group significantly.Conclusion The chymolase might have the ability to lyse and clear some mucosa protein so that to prevent the adhesion of tympanum and decreasing auditus without side effect.
