股骨近端防旋髓内钉内固定治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折疗效分析

目的探讨股骨近端防旋髓内钉（proximal femoral nail antirotation，PFNA）内固定治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的疗效。方法应用PFNA内固定治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折38例，术后采用髋关节功能Harris评分法对手术疗效进行评定。结果术后随访5～18（12±6）个月，骨折临床愈合时间为9～17（12±5）周，并发症发生率为5．3％；疗效优28例，良8例，可1例，差1例，优良率94．7％；Harris评分（86．6±10．3）分。结论PFNA内固定治疗老年股骨粗隆问骨折疗效确切，并发症少。

Therapeutic effect of proximal femoral nail antirotation on intertrochanteric fracture of femur in senile patients

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of internal fixation with proximal femoral nail antirotation （PFNA） on intertrochanteric femoral fractures in senile patients. Methods Thirty-eight senile patients with intertrochanteric femoral fractures underwent internal fixation with PFNA, and were evaluated the effect by Harris score. Results All patients were followed up for 5 to 18 （12±6） months. The fracture healing time was from 9 to 17 （12±5） weeks. The incidence of complication was 5.3 %. Harris score was excellent in 28 cases, good in 8, fair in 1, and poor in 1. The excellent and good rate was 94.7%. Harris score was 86.6±10.3. Conclusions Internal fixation with PFNA is effective for intertrochanteric fracture of femur in senile patients, with less complications.
