超声联合钼靶X线诊断乳腺肿块价值

目的探讨超声联合钼靶x线在乳腺肿块诊断中的应用价值。方法乳腺肿块患者94例中恶性肿瘤56例，良性肿瘤38例，均行超声、钼靶x线检查，与手术组织病理结果进行对照，分析超声、钼靶x线单独及联合诊断乳腺肿块的价值。结果超声、钼靶X线及二者联合诊断乳腺肿块的准确性分别为69．15％、71．28%、91．49％，敏感性分别为80．36％、82．14％、94．64％，特异性分别为52．63％、55．26％、86．84％，超声联合钼靶X线诊断乳腺肿块的准确性、敏感性、特异性高于超声或钼靶x线单独检查（P〈0．05）；二者联合诊断的AUC大于超声或钼靶x线单独检查（P〈0．05）。结论超声与钼靶X线联合检查可提高乳腺体肿块诊断的准确性。

Value of ultrasonography plus molybdenum target X-ray to the diagnosis of breast tumors

Objective To investigate the clinical value of ultrasonography plus molybdenum target X-ray to the diagnosis of breast tumors. Methods Ninety-four patients with breast tumors including 56 patients with malignant tumor and 38 patients with benign tumor, underwent ultrasonography and/or molybdenum target X ray, and compared with the histopathoiogical results to analyze the values of ultrasonography, molybdenum target X-ray, and ultrasonography plus molybdenum target X-ray to the diagnosis of breast cancer. Results The diagnosis accuracies of ultrasonograpby, molybdenum target X-ray and ultrasonography plus molybdenum target X ray were 69.15%, 71. 28%and 91.49%. The sensitivities were 80.36%, 82.14% and 94.64%. The specificities were 52. 63%, 55.26% and 86.84%. The accuracy, sensitivity and specificity of ultrasonography plus molybdenum target X-ray were significantly higher than those of either ultrasonography or molybdenum target X-ray （P〈0.05）. The AUC of ultrasonography plus molybdenum target X-ray was larger than that of either ultrasonography or molybdenum target X-ray （P〈0.05）. Conglusions Combined detection of ultrasonography and molybdenum target X-ray can improve the diagnosis accuracy for breast tumors.
