维吾尔族与汉族多发性骨髓瘤患者凝血指标对比分析

摘    要:
目的分析维吾尔族和汉族多发性骨髓瘤(multiplemyeloma,MM)患者凝血功能差异。方法维吾尔族MM患者50例(维族组),汉族MM患者64例(汉族组),体检健康者60例(对照组),采用凝固法检测3组活化部分凝血酶时间(activatedpartialthromboplastintime,APTT)、凝血酶原时间(prothrombintime,PT)、凝血酶时间(thrombintime,TT)、纤维蛋白原(fibrinogen,FIB)、凝血因子Ⅷ、凝血因子Ⅸ水平,采用免疫比浊法检测3组I)I二聚体(D-dimer,D-D)水平,并进行比较。结果维族组、汉族组FIB水平分别为(7.40±2.04)、(4.30±2.22)g/L,均高于对照组(2.12±0.94)g/L(P〈0.05),维族组高于汉族组(P〈O.05);维族组凝血因子Ⅷ水平为(96.61±19.23)%、汉族组为(96.42±17.03)%,均低于对照组(111.12±27.08)%(P〈0.05),维族组与汉族组比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);3组APTT、PT、TT、D-D水平比较差异均无统计学意义(P〉O.05)。结论MM患者凝血功能紊乱,维吾尔族MM患者血液明显处于高凝状态。

Abstract:
Objective To explore the changes of coagulation factors in Uygur and Han patients with multiple myeloma (MM). Methods The activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT), prothrombin time (PT), thrombin time (TT), fibrinogen (FIB), blood coagulation factor Ⅷ and blood coagulation factor IX were detected and compared in 50 Uygur MM patients (Uygur group), 64 Han MM patients (Han group) and 60 healthy controls (control group) by solidification method. Immunoturbidimetric assay was used to detect I~dimer level. Results The FIB levels were (7. 40 ± 2. 04), (4.30±2.22) and (2.12±0. 94) g/L in Uygur, Han and control groups, showing significant differences among three groups (P(0.05). The activity of coagulation factors Ⅷ was (96.61±19.23)% in Uygur group and (96.42±17.03) in Hangroup, lower than that in control group ((111. 12±27.08)%) (P〈0.05). The levels of APTT, PT, TT and D-dimer were higher in Uygur and Han groups than those in control group, but there were no significant differences (P〉0.05). Conclusions Coagulation disorder exists in MM patients, and Uygur MM patients are more prone to hypercoagulable state.
