剖宫产后子宫切口憩室15例临床分析

目的探讨削宫产术后子宫切口憩室的病因及诊断方法。方法回顾性分析15例剖宫产术后子宫切口憩室患者的临床资料。结果15例刮宫产术后因经期延长、月经淋漓就诊患者，阴道超声检查时见子宫前壁下段、子宫体和子宫颈交界处有大小、深浅不等的突向肌层的裂隙及液性暗区。结论剖宫产术中注意子宫切口缝合技巧可预防子宫切口憩室发生，阴道超声或联合宫腔镜检查有助于刮宫产术后子宫切口憩室的诊断。

Clinical analysis of 15 cases of uterine incision diverticulum after cesarean section

Objective To investigate the etiology and diagnosis of uterine incision diverticulum after cesarean section. Methods The clinical data of 15 cases of uterine incision diverticulum after cesarean section were retrospectively analyzed. Results Fifteen patients with menstruation dripping and menstrual cycle lasting were showed on transvaginal ultrasonography fissure and liquid dark area protruding into the muscle layer in the anterior wail of the lower uterine, and the juncture of the cervix and uterine body. The fracture and liquid dark area was in different sizes and depths. Conclusions The suture techniques during cesarean section can prevent the occurrence of uterine incision diverticulum. Transvaginal ultrasonography or combined with hysteroscopy helps to diagnose uterine incision diverticulum after cesarean section.
