阿德福韦酯治疗非酒精性肝硬化并乙型肝炎病毒感染患者疗效观察

目的观察非酒精性肝硬化合并乙型肝炎病毒感染患者应用阿德福韦酯治疗效果及对预后的影响。方法72例非酒精性肝硬化合并乙型肝炎病毒感染患者随机分为观察组和对照组各36例，观察组在对照组常规治疗基础上口服阿德福韦酯，1次／d，10mg／次，疗程为1a。比较2组患者治疗效果及预后。结果2组患者治疗后血清总胆红素、谷丙转氨酶、凝血酶原时间均较治疗前降低（P〈0．05），血清白蛋白较治疗前升高（P〈0．05），观察组上述指标较对照组改善更明显（P〈0．05）；观察组总有效率（91．7％）高于对照组（77．8％）（P〈0．05）。结论阿德福韦酯治疗非酒精性肝硬化合并乙型肝炎病毒感染效果好，可有效改善患者肝功能。

Effect of adefovir dipivoxil on non-alcoholic cirrhosis in patients with hepatitis B virus infection

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of adefovir dipivoxil on non-alcoholic cirrhosis in patients with hepatitis B virus infection and its influence on the prognosis. Methods Seventy-two patients with hepatitis B infection complicated with non-alcoholic cirrhosis were divided into observation group and control group, with 36 patients in each group. Observation group received oral administration of adefovir dipivoxil 10mg, once a day, totally for one year. The therapeutic effect and prognosis were compared between two groups. Results The levels of total bilirubin, glutamicpyruvic transaminase and prothrombin time were lower, and albumin level was higher after treatment compared with before treatment in both groups （P〈0.05）, which was more significant in observation group than that in control group （P〈0.05）. The total effective rate was 91.7% in observation group, higher than that in control group （77.8%） （P〈 0.05）. Conclusions Adefovir dipivoxil can improve hepatic function, and is effective for non-alcoholic liver cirrhosis in patients with hepatitis B virus infection.
